TalyNext operates this website to present its work and its first product, LinqCheck. We aim to collect as little personal information as possible, and only what is needed to respond to enquiries.

We collect the information you choose to send us through the contact form or by email. We do not ask for special categories of personal data, and we do not sell personal information.

Our hosting provider processes standard technical request data, such as IP address and browser information, as part of serving and protecting the website.

The contact form asks for your full name, work email address, an optional company name and your message. This information is processed only to read and respond to your enquiry. It is not used for marketing, newsletters or automated profiling.

Contact form sending is currently switched off. While it is disabled, no form submission is transmitted or stored, and enquiries reach us only if you write to hello@talynext.com.

We use the information you provide to reply to your message, to continue a conversation you started and to keep a record of that correspondence.

This website is hosted and delivered by a third-party hosting provider, and email sent to hello@talynext.com is handled by our email provider. These providers process data on our behalf in order to deliver those services.

We do not currently run advertising networks or third-party marketing trackers on this website.

We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as it is needed to handle your request and any follow-up, and delete it when it is no longer needed. We have not fixed a specific retention period.

The website is served over HTTPS. We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the information we hold, though no method of transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To make a request, write to hello@talynext.com.

This website can be accessed internationally, and the providers we use may process data in countries other than your own. By contacting us, you understand that your message may be processed in those locations.
